Understanding the anxiety cycle and reducing immediate overwhelm.

Session 2 – Pattern interruption
Working with the triggers and responses that keep anxiety active.

Session 3 – Reinforcement & future pacing
Strengthening calmer responses and building forward confidence.

Structured progression increases the likelihood of meaningful change.
