I’m Neil Robson, and I’ve been helping people with anxiety for over a decade.
I run a small free walk-in anxiety support clinic in Faversham for anyone who would benefit from a calm conversation and some practical guidance for managing stress, worry, or anxiety.
These short sessions are designed to offer simple, practical support for people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of worry, or unsure what to do next.
There is no pressure and no obligation. It is simply a supportive space to talk things through and learn a few straightforward ways to settle the nervous system.
The clinic may be useful if you are experiencing:
anxiety or frequent worry
feeling on edge or overwhelmed
racing thoughts
physical symptoms of anxiety
difficulty switching off
anxiety-related sleep disruption
Support is practical and informal, and may include:
understanding why anxiety can feel so physical
simple breathing techniques
grounding strategies
practical ways to calm the nervous system
general advice on managing stress and worry
Mondays, 2pm to 5pm
Apotheca, West Street, Faversham
You can drop in and ask for Neil Robson in the shop.
Sessions may be one-to-one or in a small group, depending on who is there at the time.
This clinic is intended for adults who would benefit from informal support and practical guidance around anxiety.
This service provides informal advice and educational support only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or crisis care, and it does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
If you are experiencing severe or persistent symptoms, or have concerns about your mental health, you should seek advice from your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional.
If you need urgent help, please contact the relevant emergency or crisis services.
If you are dealing with a more established pattern of anxiety, overthinking, or anxiety-based insomnia, you can also book a free consultation to discuss my Structured Anxiety Programme.
