By combining the powerful effects of hypnotherapy, bilateral stimulation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and guided meditation recordings, MindEase empowers you to take control of your mental well-being.

In addition to attending these sessions, clients will be provided with meditation recordings and practical bilateral stimulation and EFT exercises to practice at home. These resources will support your progress in between sessions and reinforce the transformative effects of the program.
To give you the time to create the new neuro pathways to transform your thinking and behaviour, I've spaced the sessions 2 weeks apart, allowing ample time to practice and internalize techniques learned. During this period, you'll also receive weekly follow-up calls to answer any questions and provide guidance.
